 Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, coordinate and supervise site-specific safety plans in accordance with the corporate safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the creation of safety plans, policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Perform daily plant inspections to identify, track, and ensure corrective actions on observed safety deficiencies.
  • Enforce security guidelines.
  • Assist Safety Officer and all matters related to safety at an operational level preferably at the factory level.
  • Assist with the accident investigation and the administration of work-related injuries.
  • Perform new hire safety orientations and on the job training.
  • Personally, conduct safety training or arrange for in-house.
  • Any other duties associated with the position and when necessary from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or Certification for NIOSH.
  • Registered SHO.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang.
