Job description

Crimsun Organics is a manufacturer of Pesticide Technicals /Active Ingredients based in Cuddalore . It is a company of the Parijat Group . We are looking for HSE Officers with experience in the Pharmaceutical , Pesticide , Chemical industry's .

Responsibilities:
  • Able to maintain nil accident.
  • Responsible to sustain OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 guidelines and other safety jobs at plant.
  • To carryout internal audit of OHSAS and EMS.
  • Skill of internal health/ safety/ environment/ security auditing.
  • To perform all HSE work on shop floor.
  • To Carry out the HSE activities at the plant and able to identify the unsafe practices at the plant/office/unit.
  • Ability to implement health, safety & environmental policy.
  • Co-ordination with other department.
  • Should have aptitude to maintain HSE equipment in operational condition and recordkeeping.
  • Should have knowledge of construction work and installation of firefighting facility i.e. monitor, hydrant, fire pump etc.
  • Have skill to lead individually and self-motivated.
  • Aware about the legal compliance and returns to Pollution Control Board.
    • Ensure safe operational practices and making necessary changes.         
    Required Candidate profile
    • Diploma in Occupational health, safety & environment (From recognized institutes) 
    • Having education in Safety Engineering (i,e, Diploma in Fire and Safety, etc)
    • Minimum experienced with minimum 02 to 03 years in Chemical / Agrochemical / Dyes & Intermediates /  Chlor Alkali /
    • Should be able to coordinate statutory compliance requirements.
    • Required aspects like Permit Systems, Safety Audits, Mock Drills Training, Government Liability, Environmental Procedure, etc.
    • Prefer 2-3 year of experience
    • Age Group: 20 to 25 year
    • Highly skilled on MS office.
    • Clear communication skill.
    • Competency in environmental standard.
    • High interpersonal skill.
