Responsibilities

• Deploy Vestas Safety Strategy and principles into the factory
• Zero-accident culture
• Influence any process that affects safety within the factory and push for, facilitate and support safety improvements (VBC)
• Ensure vestas safety principles/life-saving rules/ procedures are efficiently implemented
• Support the HSE lead and the organization in complying HSE matter
• Follow-up and coordination of incidents and accidents investigation and corrective actions
• Identify and establish HSE training system
• Assure internal assessment of hazards and risks
• Facilitate the implementation of HSE Management System, minimum fulfilling laws and regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45000 and Vestas procedures
• Contact point for relevant authorities, including internal and external audits and review
• Collate and report HSE data internally, towards authorities and BU and Group reports
• Drive safety culture

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of core safety experience
• Graduate/ diploma in HSE
• Added benefits to have ISO 14001 & ISO 45000 certification
